1. Agreeing to these terms
By using Blindspot Blackjack (blindspotblackjack.com), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is run by Blindspot Poker, which also runs Blindspot Poker; the same account works on both, and each site's terms apply while you use it.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to use the site where you live.
3. Play money only
All games, bets and chips on the site are simulated. They have no monetary value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and can't be cashed out or won as prizes. Refills are free. The site doesn't offer, arrange or promote real-money gambling.
4. A learning tool
The coach, chart and statistics are for education and entertainment. The strategy is worked out mathematically for the rules you choose, but it is general guidance, not personalised advice. Blackjack has a house edge: even perfect basic strategy loses a small share of every bet over time. If you choose to play real-money blackjack elsewhere, you do so at your own risk and must follow the laws where you live.

5. Your account
You can create an optional account by signing in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your blackjack data from your account page, or your whole account from Blindspot Poker. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
6. Fair use
Please don't try to access other players' data or interfere with the site's security or operation, use automated tools to overload or scrape the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Our content
The site's design, text, graphics and code belong to Blindspot Poker or its licensors. You may use the site for your own learning, and share links and screenshots of your own results.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Blindspot Poker is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any losses from gambling you do elsewhere. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
